Saline wipes for wounds to clean without irritating them or damaging the skin further. Steroplast wipes are pre-dosed with the right amount of saline solution to help with quick, efficient, and easy wound and skin cleaning.
Prepare wounds for dressing. These wipes will leave the surrounding skin fresh and clean without any oils or grime that could compromise the effectiveness of a dressing adhesive.
But it’s not just wounds that these saline wipes are good for. General skin cleaning can be done without worrying about irritation or allergic reaction. The body perceives saline as a natural bodily substance, so it’s doubtful to cause any issues when used on broken or unbroken skin.

Orders received before 2pm will normally be despatched the same working day with UK Mainland orders usually arriving the next business day if the courier option is chosen (Highlands and Islands deliveries normally take 1-2 days longer). Budget service normally takes 2-3 days and is usually delivered by Royal Mail.
Our main UK couriers are Parcelforce and DPD who will normally send you a text message with delivery updates. This includes, where possible, an estimated time of delivery. International orders are generally received under 14 days.
A delivery fee will be added to your order BEFORE you pay so you will be able to see the total before committing to an order. The delivery charge will be shown after you enter your delivery country.
The delivery fee is calculated by weight. In the UK, for small items (whistles, clips etc) the delivery fee may be only a few pounds. For larger items like a wetsuit the fee is £5.70. Multiple items may incur a higher charge and this will always be shown to you before you pay.
