Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. Our prices are in British Pounds, if you are shopping from North America or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

A shipping and handling fee is added to you transaction before you commit to your purchase.


Delivery Schedule

Orders received before 2pm will normally be despatched the same day with UK Mainland orders usually arriving the next business day if the courier option is chosen (Highlands and Islands deliveries normally take 1-2 days longer). Budget service normally takes 4-5 days.

International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT, where required, is included in the prices shown in this catalog. Small children's clothing is normally zero rated for VAT.

Credit Card Security

We do not store your credit card details on our computer systems. They are processed by a specialist credit card processing company called 'Elavon' in a secure manner through their "OPAYO" payment system (Formerly called Sage Pay). For more info please see our privacy policy below.


Our products are guaranteed against faults in our manufacturing process for a period of 1 year. Please send your invoice back to us with any returned products.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Contract terms and conditions are based on Scottish law.

Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights of cancelation we also allow you to return a product for upto 31 days after delivery. If you are not happy with the product you may return it, unused and in its original condition, to us for a full refund (excluding postage and packing) upto 31 days after purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order but the item has already been sent to you then the cost of returning the item to us is borne by yourself.

If your product does not fit you may return it for a swap to a different size. The cost of returning the item to us is borne by yourself. The cost of sending out the replacement is normally paid for by us.

Our warranty covers our products only and not any items you may have inside or attached to our products. It does not cover the cost of repairing or replacing any such other items and does not cover any other consequential loss, incidental or other damages.

The above items do not overrule any of your existing legal rights which obviously have precedence. Contract terms and conditions are based on Scottish Law.
