Please login to your account then click on orders. Find the order then click refund or exchange. Complete the rest of the page and submit the return request. You will receive a return request email in your inbox to acknowledge that we have received your return or exchange request. When we approve your request, we’ll send you another email which with instructions on it. You should print this email off and put it in with your return before sending it back to us.  The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.

Please fill in your order ID and email address below to help us find your order.  Your order ID is contained in your original order confirmation email. This will take you to a page that displays your order. At the bottom you can click on either exchange or refund.

IF YOU ORDERED ON OUR OLD WEBSITE (Or have other problems)

If you order on our old website (Prior to 28 Sep 2022) the above instructions wont work. Simply email us on admin@lomo.co.uk with details of what you’d like to return or exchange and we’ll quickly get back to you.

PLEASE ENSURE
That returned items come back in their original packaging and in perfect condition. They should be clean and free from pet hair, dirt etc.
