Our Midge Insect Net Hat is a wide brimmed bush hat with a fitted fine mesh net that provides effective protection against mosquitoes, midges, flies, ticks and most other biting or stinging insects.
This hat has been designed to provide head and neck protection from the sun, whilst the crown features a breathable mesh and wide ventilation openings to help keep you cool and comfortable.
The Midge Net Hat has a drawstring adjustable closure at the base of the fine mesh net to help prevent insects crawling up inside. With a length of 52cm this net is long enough to cover your head and neck from insects.
Made from 100% nylon the Midge Net Hat is lightweight and quick drying should you get caught in the rain. The adjustable drawstring chin strap helps to keep the hat secure if the wind picks up.

Orders received before 2pm will normally be despatched the same working day with UK Mainland orders usually arriving the next business day if the courier option is chosen (Highlands and Islands deliveries normally take 1-2 days longer). Budget service normally takes 2-3 days and is usually delivered by Royal Mail.
Our main UK couriers are Parcelforce and DPD who will normally send you a text message with delivery updates. This includes, where possible, an estimated time of delivery. To enable us to keep you informed of the delivery progress please supply a mobile telephone number with your order so we can send these text message delivery updates.
International orders are generally received under 14 days.
A delivery fee will be added to your order BEFORE you pay so you will be able to see the total before committing to an order. The delivery charge will be shown after you enter your delivery country.
The delivery fee is calculated by weight. In the UK, for small items (whistles, clips etc) the delivery fee may be only a few pounds. For larger items like a wetsuit the fee is £5.70. Multiple items may incur a higher charge and this will always be shown to you before you pay.
