LETS NOT BEAT around the bush: the Vortexes are excellent value for money, thanks to their direct-to-customer business model. For £11, you get a three-size adjustable nosepiece, soft silicone eyecups that create a good suction seal, small and nifty lift to-release claps to adjust the straps easily, and mirrored lenses that
cut out UV rays and provide good visual clarity. The black eyecups are noticeable when on your face, which means viewing range isn’t the best on test, but it’s the only flaw in what is a comfortable goggle for people with faces of all sizes, for regular pool and open water use.
VERDICT:
A fantastic value pair of goggles just lacking polarized lenes.
