Our 16L Cycling Pannier Dry Bag is actually 3 bags in 1 design; waterproof cycling pannier, rucksack and shoulder bag. You can take this bag everywhere you go, without having to leave it with your bike.
We have designed this cycling pannier with waterproof PVC tarpaulin material and RF-welded seams to ensure the 16L Bike Pannier Dry Bag is both waterproof and durable.
This dry bag pannier comes fitted with pannier clips and an adjustable hook and loop strap at the bottom so you can attach the bag to a pannier frame on your bike. The hook system is suitable for pannier rails up to 10mm in diameter. When not in use the pannier clips can be hidden with the padded zip close pocket.
The 16L cycling Pannier Dry Bag can be turned into a rucksack with the fitted rucksack straps. These straps can be adjusted for a comfortable fit and includes a chest strap with built in whistle on the clasp. The rucksacks straps can be hidden by unclipping the clips at the bottom of the bag and then tucked into the splash-proof zipped pocket at the top of the straps.
With the included shoulder strap the 16L Bike Pannier Dry Bag can also be used as a shoulder bag. This strap simply clips onto the D-rings on either side of the bag.
The retro reflective panel on the front of the bag includes loop holes so you can attach a bike light to the bag to increase your visibility in low light conditions.

Budget service normally takes 2-3 days and is usually delivered by Royal Mail.

International orders are generally received under 14 days.
A delivery fee will be added to your order BEFORE you pay so you will be able to see the total before committing to an order. The delivery charge will be shown after you enter your delivery country.
The delivery fee is calculated by weight. In the UK, for small items (whistles, clips etc) the delivery fee may be only a few pounds. For larger items like a wetsuit the fee is £5.70. Multiple items may incur a higher charge and this will always be shown to you before you pay.
