If returning by post please make sure your order number and name are included in the parcel along with an instruction on if you require a refund or exchange. Please note we are quarantining items on their return for 4 days before opening them so our returns and refunds will not be processed as quickly as normal. On average you will receive your refund within 7 days of sending it back and we would ask that you don't chase us before then as we will be unable to open quarantined items to check if your return has arrived.
If returning a wetsuit or other items of clothing in person please put it in a bag with your name on it. If it was bought online please also put the order number on it so we can identify it. We are quarantining returned items and they will sit for several days before being opened. Please remember to bring your receipt along with you.

During November and December our 31day returns policy is extended for Christmas. During this time you can return items bought up to the end of Jan 2022.

Once the item is returned we can then issue a refund for the cost of the item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.
Returning an item
When returning an item please include a note with your order details or contact information. If you can also state the reason for return (ie: "too big" or "too small") that would be appreciated.
Exchanges for a different size
If your product does not fit you may return it and swap it for a different size. The cost of returning the item to us is borne by the customer although we will usually pay to have the exchanged item sent back out (UK delivery only).
Please include a note with your return detailing your name, address and remember to say which size you would like in exchange. We will process the exchange and send out the item once we have received the return.
If you require an exchange urgently, it will be quickest to place a new order then return the existing item for a refund. Doing this however will mean that you will pay the delivery change for sending out the exchange item whereas we usually bear this cost if exchanging once we have received the returned item.
For international returns or exchanges the costs of returning the item is borne by the customer. Once the return has been received we will get in touch to discuss the cost of having the exchange items sent out.
When returning items from outside of the EU the carrier must be made aware that the items being sent are Returned Goods. Both the paperwork and a label saying "RETURN ITEM" should be fixed to the outside of the parcel where it can clearly been seen by customs.

If possible please provide a photograph of the fault to help us decide what the best method of resolution will be.
We ask that you contact us first because we may decide that the item doesn't have to be returned or in other cases we will provide a pre-paid returns label. We may ask that you bear the cost of returning an item although this cost will be refunded to you once we have received the return and proved it to be faulty.
The above items do not overrule any of your existing legal rights which obviously have precedence. Contract terms and conditions are based on Scottish Law.
