Covid 19 Update

During these difficult times we, along with everyone else, are trying to find a way through it that keeps everyone safe and if possible, keeps our staff in employment. We now have most of all our staff back working with some of them based at home.

1) We are still mainly online for the time being.
Our Glasgow shop is open for click and collect orders and now with a counter service too. The main shop isnt open for browsing and it's not possible to try things on at the store. You have to take them home to do that.

Local Customers can either have their orders delivered by courier or you can click and collect from our Glagosw store. We will email you when it has been packed ready for collection. Our click and collect counter will be open between 12 and 5pm each day. Please ring the bell for service.

It may be some time before we return to a full shop opening. Trying wetsuits on in store just isnt somthing we feel we can safely do right now.

Our delivery couriers are now operating normally and most orders are being delviered as normal. We are currently despatching Mon- Fri.

2) Repairs
We are accepting repairs by post and at our Glasgow store (See below). Suits sent for repair will go into quarantine for 4 days before opening so please be patient during this difficult time. .

If you wish to drop something off at our Glasgow store please call first and speak to the workshop. they will book it in and be expecting it when you drop it off. Please put it in a bag with your name on it as it will sit in quarantine for several days before we touch it.

3) Returns
These will be accepted by post and at our Glasgow store. Please see the returns section for instructions on how to do this. We have extended our returns policy ; so when our shop reopens you have a month from then to return it. Check out our returns policy section for more details. Items returned for a refund are taking on average 7 days to process as we have to quarantine the items for several days before opening.

4) Telephone
We are now working with our full staff team but are still getting more queries than normal so please bear with us. We will answer as soon as we can.

5) Email
We are currently answering emails as normal and this is the recommended method of cummunications during this time. We are however experiencing far more emails than normal with a huge number of enquiries coming in. Sorry if we're not answering as quickly as possible. We've got someone working fulltime just answering emails but they are coming in faster than we can answer at present. It may take a few days for a reply.

6) Deliveries
We are currently still able to send out orders as normal and dealys are now fewer than at the height of lockdown. We currently use 3 couriers; DPD, Parceforce and Royal Mail who are all operating as normal.
We want to wish all our customers the best of luck in getting through this. It's hard to know how it will all turn out and whether the things we have written here will be the same tomorrow. We will try to update as often as possible.
